How to Initiate a Return

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Items to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if defective)

Eligibility Criteria

Items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused, unwashed
  • With all tags and original packaging (if applicable)

Non-compliant items cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency:

  • Credit/Debit Card: within 10 business days after verification
  • Bank Transfer: within 7 days after verification (please provide full bank details)

Exchange rate differences are not compensated.
