SALES CONDITIONS

The following general terms govern the online sales contract of the website oasisstore.qa.

Oasis Store, trade electrical appliances (W.L.L), whose registered office is located in Qatar, registered with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Commercial Registration No. CR 227589, and Tax Registration No. 5008019259.

All orders placed through this Website, as well as their deliveries and related services, are governed exclusively by the following general terms and conditions of sale, as applicable at the time the order is placed.

Any differing terms proposed by the customer shall not be accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.

DEFINITION AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

The presentation of products on our Website does not constitute any binding offer from oasisstore.qa for a purchase contract.

By submitting the order form provided on the Website, the user places a binding offer for a purchase contract. The user may submit such an offer by entering all required information during the order process and submitting the order form using the "Complete Purchase" button. Before submitting the offer, the user can review all entered details and correct any errors.

Upon receipt of the order, the user will receive an email confirming receipt and providing related details (order confirmation). Please note that this confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the offer, but serves solely for informational purposes.

The purchase contract between the user and oasisstore.qa becomes effective only once the Company accepts the user's offer by shipping the ordered goods. The goods will only be shipped after the total amount has been credited to our account.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The Website's system is designed to ensure immediate order processing and displays real-time product availability in its electronic catalog.

If an order exceeds the available stock, the Company will immediately inform the consumer before or upon conclusion of the contract and, if necessary, refund any amounts already received.

Unless otherwise agreed, the supplier cannot fulfill its obligations by delivering goods different from those agreed upon, even if of equal or higher value. This must be expressly stated before or at the time of contract conclusion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Website contains a large number of products, and despite our best efforts, it is possible that some products listed may be incorrectly priced.

We normally verify prices during shipping procedures. If the correct price of a product is lower than the price stated on the Website, the customer will be charged the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than that stated, we will, at our discretion, either contact the customer for instructions before shipping or reject the order and inform the customer of such rejection.

PAYMENT METHODS

All payments made on oasisstore.qa are processed in the currency selected for the purchase. Orders may be paid using the following methods:

Credit Card

Several measures are in place to ensure that all information received from our online visitors is protected from unauthorized access or use. All transactions are processed through secure systems designed to confirm that both the registered cardholder and the authorized online retailer are involved in the transaction.

For consumer protection, if any suspicious activity is detected during standard fraud checks, we may call or email the customer to verify their information.

All transaction details are entered into a secure online banking system, ensuring full protection of customer data.

Customers can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express.

Bank Transfer

By choosing bank transfer as the payment method, the customer must transfer the total amount after placing the order.

All bank details and the order number will be automatically sent to the customer by email. Any transfer or bank fees will be charged to the customer. The order will be shipped once payment is received in our account.

DELIVERY

Orders are processed during main business hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 PM (CET).

Goods will be ready for shipment one business day after payment is received. Deliveries are handled by Aramex, DHL, or FedEx. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All customers placing an order enter into a commercial relationship with oasisstore.qa and therefore agree to accept delivery of their parcel.

If the parcel is not delivered due to reasons depending on the customer (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, wrong phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number, which can be used to check the status of the order approximately two hours after receiving the email via the provided link.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customers must complete the RETURN AN ITEM form available on the Website to request return authorization. Once the request is processed, our customer service team will respond by email and send the return label.

Consequences

If the customer withdraws from a purchase contract, the Company is obliged to refund all payments received, excluding additional shipping costs and return shipping fees.

Import taxes and duties will be refunded if they were initially included in the purchase price. If they were not included, the customer will be responsible for reclaiming these directly from their local customs office.

In the case of damaged or defective products, oasisstore.qa will bear or refund the return shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

oasisstore.qa reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned items have been received and verified to be in the same condition as sent. This includes the following guidelines:

  • - Products must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
  • - Electronics and appliances may only be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
  • - All items must be returned in original packaging and inside a protective shipping box.

If the customer fails to comply with the above obligations, we may deduct an amount reflecting the reduced value of the goods, up to their full price.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return of defective products and covering return shipping costs.

Items must be returned to oasisstore.qa immediately and no later than 7 days after the cancellation of the contract has been communicated. An extended period will only be granted if expressly agreed in writing.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

Oasis Store guarantees the quality and authenticity of all products purchased on the Website. oasisstore.qa is not responsible if the colors of the products displayed on the Website differ from the original colors due to the specific configuration of the customer's computer or device malfunction.

All intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service marks, images, designs, software, code, and formatting scripts are the exclusive property of Oasis Store.

The material contained on the Website is protected by copyright. No page or other content from the Website may be reproduced, even partially, without prior written approval from Oasis Store.
